How to use the Exporter Tool

Export your Edufolios content (evidence & pages) for registration / accreditation to a PDF easily using our Exporter Tool.

Accessing the Exporter

To access the exporter tool, use the following steps: 

  1. Login to your dashboard
  2. Navigate to "Analytics" > "Export" using the menu on the left of your dashboard.

Using the Exporter

To use the exporter tool, use the following steps:

  1. Use the "Add Content" section to add either Pages, or Evidence Posts. Simply check the box next to the item you want to add to your export, and click the "Add to Export" button to add it to the "Content Structure" ready for exporting.
  2. Once you've added all the items you want to export, you can use the "Content Structure" area to re-organise your content into the sequence you want it to appear in your PDF. Simply drag and drop the items into the order you want. 
  3. Finally, click the "Create Export" button to generate your PDF file. You'll be prompted to pick a location on your device to save the file.

Note: The "Content Structure" area allows you to drag / indent items into a hierarchical structure, this is for assistance with organising the content into the sequence you want only.  The hierarchy does not impact the look / feel of the PDF once created.

Warning: The Exporter Tool will not save the Content Structure you have created and organised. Once you navigate away from the Exporter Tool, the Content Structure will need to be re-created.
